”When Life Gives You Lululemons” is the perfect light, summer read by Lauren Weisberger. It’s ultimately a story about friendship. I haven’t read the first two books in this series, but I can tell you I thoroughly enjoyed this one. The style of writing is fresh, snarky, and engaging.
The story is predominantly set in a wealthy suburban town. The women are shallow, privileged, botoxed narcissists all except the three main characters who maintain a refreshing ‘devil may care’ attitude. One of the best things about this book was the witty dialogue.
If you are looking for a fun summer read, I highly recommend reading this on the beach with cocktail in hand. 3 out of 5 ⭐️
Thank you to Net Galley and the lovely folks at Simon and Schuster for giving me a free galley to review. This book will be published tomorrow—June 5, 2018.
